Garvin County Choral Society

Garvin County Choral Society Presenting classical and sacred music in mostly rural south central Oklahoma. Singers -- teens and adults -- welcome to join us.

No audition required, just pay the choral member fee, be willing to attend rehearsals, and wear the selected attire for performances. We also encourage social distancing and masks as needed.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family of Ron Milledge who passed to his heavenly reward recently. Ron and his wife Marie have been devoted choir members from the very start. Ron loved music, his community and the Lord. He will be greatly missed.

Not Your Ordinary Rummage Sale! The Garvin County Choral Society is conducting a rummage sale Friday, Feb. 28 and Saturday, March 1, from 8:30-2:00 in the First Presbyterian Church basement, Pauls Valley. If you have anything to donate, please bring it by the church on Wednesday or Thursday; otherwise, come buy some stuff!!!

Update: Jeffrey, Jack’s son, sent me this link to a live stream that will be airing during the memorial service honoring Jack’s life
on Saturday.
If you plan to attend, the service will be held at the Mayflowet Congregational Church, 3901 NW 63rd at 3 pm. Some of us will be having lunch at the Metro Diner, 3000 W. Memorial Road, one of Jack’s hangouts, prior to the service. Join us if you can.
