✨ Celebrating creativity, movement, confidence, and community ✨

We’re so proud to congratulate all of the participants who recently completed our 8-week certificate session in partnership with Community Based Services (CBS)! 🎉

Over the 8-week session, participants explored Karate, Drawing & Painting, Yoga, Theater and more — discovering new skills, building confidence, expressing creativity, and supporting one another along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible InterArts instructors, the dedicated CBS staff, and every participant who brought energy, courage, and joy into these classes each week. This program is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when community, creativity, and inclusion come together. 💛

Congratulations to everyone on this amazing accomplishment — we can’t wait for what comes next!

This Sunday, we’re hosting the ultimate Self-Care Sunday experience to help you shake off the week and call back your energy. 🧘‍♀️💫

We’ve curated a journey through movement and stillness to nourish every layer of your being:

11:00 Kundalini Yoga: Ignite your inner fire and clear emotional blocks with breath and rhythmic movement.
12:30 Heart-Opening Vinyasa Flow: Flow through a graceful, heart-opening sequence to sync your body with your breath.
2:00 Sekhem Sound Bath: End in total bliss as crystal singing bowls bathe you in healing frequencies.
3:30 Reiki Infused Restorative Yoga: Sink into deep relaxation with supported poses that melt away physical tension.

Our Monthly Beginner Wheel Throwing Workshop is happening this coming Monday! Whether you're looking for a new creative outlet, a unique date night, or just want to try something new, this is for you!
