Tomorrow is your chance to take the next step in your dance journey and become part of the Essence Studioz Dance Company for our 2026–2027 season! 💙✨

📅 Auditions: Saturday, May 30th
👯‍♀️ Ages 9–13: 1:30 PM
👯‍♀️ Ages 14–18: 4:00 PM
📍 Essence Studioz | 301 Main St., Paterson, NJ
💲 Audition Fee: $25

✔️ Bring a printed headshot
✔️ Prepare a solo (minimum 1 minute)
✔️ Arrive in ballet attire (black leotard, skin-tone tights, hair in a bun)
✔️ Bring all dance shoes, including ballet slippers and danceable sneakers
✔️ Be ready for a brief interview
✔️ Submit audition fee prior to attending

This is more than a team—it’s a family, a sisterhood, and a place where dancers grow both on and off the stage. If you’re ready to work hard, push yourself, and be part of something special, we want to see you there!

Calling all dancers ages 6-8 interested in joining the Essence Studioz Dance Company family 💙

Our Mini Team is the perfect introduction to competition dance for young dancers looking to grow their confidence, technique, teamwork, and love for performing in a fun and supportive environment!

🌟 No competition experience needed
🌟 Small group training sessions
🌟 Friendly and supportive instructors
🌟 Train in multiple styles of dance
🌟 Opportunities to perform at regional competitions

Please note: This opportunity is open to non-Essence dancers. Current Essence dancers are accepted by invitation only.

All dancers will be evaluated prior to acceptance into the program. Some dancers may first be recommended for our training program.
