The Spirit World 100 has 4 course options: 30, 50, 80, 100 miles.

Registration Weekend Is Here 🌵✨

Our final prep email went out today, we’re so excited for the 8th annual Spirit World 100 - November 5–8, 2026.

This community continues to inspire us. Thank you for being a part of this movement.

Registration opens Sunday, January 4th at 8AM (MST)

A few things to know as you plan your 2026 adventure:

• Arizona Trail Association Fundraiser Dinner kicks off the weekend (ticket tiers available during registration)

• The Spirit World venue at is open to the public all weekend

• New campground in partnership with the Town of Patagonia (camping passes available at registration)

• Shipping a bike? has you covered

• NEW for 2026: a mountain bike group ride on the Casa Blanca Canyon Trail 🌄

Good people. Wide open landscapes. Bikes, music, and desert vibes.

This weekend, we open the doors to the 8th annual Spirit World — a gathering built on bikes, open space, desert air, live music, and all of you magical people.

Spirit World registration week is here - the countdown is on! ✨

Registration goes live this weekend - Sunday, January 4th, 2026 at 8AM (MST) - all the important details and registration link located at the Spirit World website.

We’re beyond excited to kick off planning for Spirit World 2026, hosted in partnership with our great pals and alongside the Town of Patagonia, Santa Cruz County of Arizona, and the greater Arizona Borderlands.

Patagonia has long been a desert healing destination.

For generations, people have been drawn here for the raw energy of the Patagonia Mountains, the mystical nature of the Madrean Sky Island ecosystem, and the quiet power of wide-open landscapes that calm the nervous system and open the soul.

Whether you come to move through these wild places or simply sit and listen, Patagonia’s energy is felt the moment you arrive. This is why we felt called to host The Spirit World here — and why this place continues to bind us closer together as we gather downtown and across the San Rafael Valley.

Before your journey begins, we’re honored to offer a live sound bowl therapy session led by Emily Dukes, born and raised in Patagonia. Emily has been sharing the magic of sound therapy across Santa Cruz County for years, and her work will help ground, center, and open us before we ride into the desert together.

2025 was a big year for Spirit World 💛

More than a gravel cycling event, this weekend became a true celebration of Patagonia’s outdoor spaces, environmental biodiversity, and the people working every day to protect this incredible Sky Island ecosystem for generations to come.

We were honored to welcome The Patagonia Museum, & into the venue this year — the beginning of a bright future of collaboration throughout the Patagonia Mountains and San Rafael Valley.

And to the Patagonia community — THANK YOU. From supporting the Arizona Trail fundraiser, to dancing at the PLC stage, to sending riders off into the San Rafael Valley at sunrise, to sharing a drink with friends downtown — you showed up in every way.

We’re deeply grateful for your support as we continue working to make Spirit World a more authentic reflection of Patagonia each year.

-Spirit World Community Update-

A Little Dust, A Lot Of Heart - Thank You For An Incredible 2025.

We’re still soaking in everthing that happened during this year’s event weekend. The people, the energy, the rides, the weather, the music, the shared meals, the dust on our boots - It all added up to one of the most memorable gatherings we’ve hosted in Patagonia.

Before anything else: Thank you for showing up. Your participation, your generosity, your willingness to be part of something bigger than a bike ride is the reason this event continues to grow in purpose and impact.

Gravel cycling continues to strengthen Patagonia and the broader Borderlands in meaningful ways. Outdoor recreation had long been a core contributor to rural Arizona’s economy - but now, with:

•Expanding single track development
•Small businesses opening as visitation grows
•Gravel roads becoming a connective tissue of Borderlands adventure
•Communities balancing heritage with healthy, intentional evolution

We’re witnessing a beautiful shift. One where the outdoors fuels not only economic growth, but healthier lifestyles, a return of younger families, and a thriving sense of place.

Thank you for being part of this shift.

Thank you for showing up, riding with intention, caring for this land, and helping Patagonia’s outdoor culture grow with integrity and heart.

🍾 Congratulations YALL - $28,000.00 was raised for the Arizona Trail Association this year. 100% of these proceeds go directly to the ATA & Patagonia’s outdoor recreational economy. Now that’s worth celebrating - thank you for supporting this initiative & the wild places that give us so much.

As the holiday’s roll in, The Spirit World Crew is thankful for each and everyone of YOU - our community that continues to participate and engage in this event. We’re thankful for the Town of Patagonia - it’s local businesses who believe in recreational tourism & it’s long time residents who are gracefully welcoming thoughtful changes with curiosity and grit.

Thank you to all the local & regional businesses and organizations who share a vision for the future that strengthens our economic connection, elevates our communities, and welcomes our visitors into Arizona’s Madrean Sky Island Ecosystem.

✨Get ready to shake your tail feathers at GUAJOLOTE GRAVEL!🦃

The 2nd annual Guajolote Gravel is set for Saturday, November 22nd, 2025 - meet Visitors Coffee at 8AM for - Ride departs promptly at 9AM, we will journey through the Spirit World 50 course.

Ride will return to for a FREE Family Cookout. Feel free to bring any items you’d like to grill - we will provide steaks, veggies & salads. All Riders, All Bikes, Good Vibes ONLY! ✌️🍻

What a weekend in Patagonia, Arizona & across the San Rafael Valley! Thank you ALL for joining the 7th annual Spirit World event - it was a blast sharing in the magic of the Madrean Sky Island ecosystem with such wonderful people & outstanding organizations.
