Jan French is an award winning artist who has been creating plein air and studio watercolor landscapes since the 1970s. Jan's earliest lessons were learned at her father's knee, a foundation she later enriched through higher education and numerous workshops. Her paintings are distinguished by strong design and an intuitive sense of color. Her exceptional skill is evidenced by the way each composition emerges from the paper with clarity and precision, appearing almost effortless. Jan is a member of SLOPE (San Luis Outdoor Painters for the Environment), Signature Member of Central Coast Watercolor Society and teaches watercolor workshops.

Mark Frank found his career in sculpture after exploring forests of the Northwest. He was inspired by a rare form of Ponderosa Pine, nick named Millennium. His themes are primarily organic and abstract and he enjoys incorporating mythical elements. He begins by creating a wood sculpture, which finds its voice and seems to come alive. It's like dancing with the wood's natural patterns - a true collaboration of mind and nature. He then creates a direct mold of the wood sculpture so that it can be cast in bronze.

Karla Ely describes herself as primarily self-taught, though her artistic journey has been enriched by classes in fine art and private instruction. Daily observations often spark new creations. Linda Elling is a painter whose artistic foundation is built upon a lifelong dedication to drawing and painting. Her work is driven by a fascination with the natural world and the quiet tensions it holds-light and shadow, liquid and solid, movement and stillness. Through oil paint, she explores these opposing forces, seeking moments where they meet and create balance, atmosphere, and emotion. Through these contrasts, she seeks to capture subtle transitions and movements of visual tension that evoke depth, balance and quiet contemplation. Matt Duran began his artistic journey painting abstract versions of Native American scenery in acrylic and making holiday cards depicting buffalo, bears, and kokopelli. After attending his first gem show, Matt discovered a new found love of crystal, semi precious and precious gem stones. Whether at the beach, forest or in the desert, he would come home with pockets full of rocks! Matt took classes and learned the art of wire wrapping and working with silver. Over the years Matt has learned the spiritual and healing properties of stones. His favorite stone is Turquoise because It represents wisdom, tranquility, protection, good fortune, and hope.

David Doust, an artist from Toronto Canada, began his artistic journey with early exposure to fine art and art history as a young teen. He pursued his passion at the University of Toronto’s Erindale campus, studying Art Education. Dave’s sculptures span a variety of mediums, including cultured stones, resin, glass, bronze, wood and paint. Notable public works include the giant sculpture of a butterfly on a hand in Arroyo Grande, (its five fingers represent the five cities), and decorative stop signs in Shell Beach. Dave is driven by the intricate dance of colors and light, particularly through glass and paint, which continues to fuel his creative exploration.
