Hello Friends!
Spring is here! Restrictions are lifting and I am now fully vaccinated. To celebrate I (Leigh) am offering two workshops for the month of May. These workshops will be held at Boundless Fitness in Paso Robles, CA and will be scheduled on the same date, either May 28th or 29th.
Please review the workshop descriptions, potential days and times.
If you are interested in attending please message me (Leigh Kendra Barton-Prentis) directly and tell me which workshops: (1,2, or both) you plan to attend and any scheduling preference: i.e. Friday only, Saturday before noon, or anytime is fine, just as examples.
If you have any questions or requests for additional workshop content I want to hear from you so don’t be shy.
I will be sending out official registration links and making the general post early next week so please don’t delay in responding to ensure you don’t miss out.

SPRING CLEANING:
Workshop #1:
Can you hang? This is a technique focused workshop that will break down what we are looking for when setting the perfect leg hang. We will go through some ways to condition and increase your flexibility towards this goal in addition to exploring a variety of ways to get into a leg hang. While we will address inversions as they relate to leg hangs, we will also look at a number of inversion-free methods. Whether you are learning leg hangs for the first time or looking to put some polish on your existing leg hang, this workshop is for you!
Workshop #2:
Floor Plan – Spring Addition This workshop will offer gentle conditioning in combination with tips and technique for some of my favorite floor components. We will also learn a fun floor flow accessible to all levels. Floor inversions are not the focus of this class but will be addressed for participants with interest.
