🚨🏛️ We joined our neighbors for National Night Out, celebrating community and the folks who keep us safe! Great conversation, good company, and a very good boy — a K-9 pup stopped by and stole the show. 🐾

Thank you to our local first responders for everything you do, and to everyone who came out to connect with neighbors. This is what community looks like! 💙

🎭✨ Prom’s back, and this time we did it right! Shakespeare Club members had an unforgettable night at the Villa, enjoying the evening with friends from Theatre Americana for a worthy cause. Corsages, tunes, and a whole lot of joy — who says prom is just for teenagers? 💃🕺

At the June 5th Annual Installation Banquet we celebrated our history and the exciting year ahead, as we installed our new Board of Directors and welcomed our newest Members! 🎭

A grateful farewell to Janet Lundblad and Marsha Rood (3 years on the Board!) for their passion and dedication to the Club. Thank you for your service! 💐

Welcome to our new Board members Lauren Cory and Carrie Harr — we can’t wait to see what you bring to the Club!

Here’s to honoring the past and embracing the future. 🌹

🌙 It’s simple and quietly beautiful—just two people, a porch, and a love story unfolding unde moonlight that never quite finished. Set in 1902’s Newfoundland, it unfolds over a single evening, where the past drifts back in as easily as the sea breeze. Under that ‘saltwater moon,” old hurt resurface, laughter returns, and two people who thought they were done find themselves wondering if they really are.

🎉 This past Wednesday, we celebrated our special May General Meeting — an evening honoring our members, friends of the club, and significant others. ✨
The theme was “Way Back Wednesday” 🕰️ — members came wearing a personal item tied to a cherished memory, favorite place, or meaningful event from their past.
🙏 A huge thank you to the Social Activities Committee for hosting, and to Tom Crosby and Randy Thorpe for their hilarious Abbott & Costello-style comedy skit that had us all laughing! 🎭😄
💛Here’s to the memories old and new.

🎤 Laughs, lights, and learning!

🎭 Tiger Mom & Company brought the house down at the Villa with a spectacular comedy event that proved our members have serious range! 😄

A group of club members completed an 8-week standup comedy course led by the fabulous Andrew Cornelius, and took the stage to share what they learned with wit, heart, and plenty of laughs to spare.

🙌 Huge thanks to our own EJ Egghart, aka The Recovering Tiger Mom, for hosting an event that was nothing short of hilarious.🐯

🎙️ Thinking about trying standup comedy yourself? Whether you’re curious about the craft or ready to grab the mic, reach out to EJ for more information on future courses and performances. You just might surprise yourself!
