I am finally back home in NYC from . Looking at the pictures we took and Jason apparently took this one. I got to meet and do the “punch laziness in the face” challenge. I’m not sure if it’s an inside joke but I did it. So now I think I have a year to get my goal accomplished…?!somehow lol but I had a fun time regardless. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I was nervous 😬

This is my character turnaround of Sigrid from class. I am enjoying the process and learning so much.

A few years back I did NaNoWriMo with my son. He wrote his story as I wrote mine.

The novel's plot:

"Thrown on alien chores, surrounded by storm-colored waters, Sigrid, an ex female gladiator of Rome, has lived in sleepy isolation with her son Vidar on the island for some years now. She has been tasked with a secret stewardship that even her son doesn’t know of. The mainland villagers distrust her and pity her son. He is deaf and speaks with his hands. He doesn’t know his father and wants to prove himself. All he knows is he is not allowed to enter the forbidden room during the winter months. At its center lies a large iron bed with a steel door underneath. One winter, his curiosity gets the better of him and he enters the door underneath the iron bed. Now Sigrid must save her son from the things that dwell deep within the Earth."

These are my character design studies I did for the animation/design test at Babubi Games The Heirloom (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2567320/The_Heirloom/ ). The game looks so good. I'm definitely looking forward to playing it with the family.
