I have to be honest — I have been feeling pretty nervous these past couple of weeks.

I recently enrolled a few Aga’s Pure items in Amazon Vine Voices, and while I am grateful to finally be able to do this, I also feel anxious. I keep checking my Amazon account several times a day, wondering if someone has chosen my products yet and what they might think.

I have worked so hard for so long to get to this point, but now my mind keeps going to all the “what ifs.”

What if they don’t like my balms, soaps, or hair masks? What if a seal broke on a jar? What if the packaging is not nice enough? What if my handmade products are judged too harshly?

When you put so much of your heart, time, and care into something, it can feel scary to let strangers review it. But I also know this is part of growing, learning, and building something real.

So I am trying to remind myself: I made these products with love, with good ingredients, and with the best care I could give.

When I first opened my Amazon store, sales were very slow.

I posted my tallow balm on Nextdoor, and one of my very first customers was an incredibly kind woman from Bradenton. She ordered one of my first balms, loved it, and told me something like, “Make sure you are ready to ship quickly to Amazon, because you are going to get busy.”

At the time, I thought, “Probably not. I will never have a lot of orders.”

Another sweet customer from Arizona was also so understanding and encouraging when my packaging was still not perfect.

Back then, I was struggling with packaging, doubt, low self-esteem, and negative feedback from people close to me. I didn’t fully see the support and love that was already around me. I focused too much on the criticism.

Now my nights and weekends are busy making balms. Thanks to my daughter, it feels less like a chore and more like something special we get to do together. I love how she is always smiling and willing to help.

Now I look back and realize those kind customers were part of the beginning of Aga’s Pure. They believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

Every order, every kind message, and every bit of encouragement helped me keep going.
