Showcasing great local businesses, crafters, artists and vital services, the Parkville Carney Business Association has brought joy and happiness to our neighbors through our commitment to serve our neighbors throughout the 21234 zip code and beyond. While gone are the days when we could close Harford Road for our event, we are pleased to hold the Parkville Carney Festival in the true heart of Parkville-Carney on the grounds of St. Ursula’s Church at the corner of Harford Road & Putty Hill Ave.
