We’re wrapping up our PAMD Guest Artist Series, this Wednesday, with alumna Aubrey O'Hara and The Complete Dancer: Conditioning & Dancer Wellness Workshop.

This special workshop goes beyond technique, focusing on strength, flexibility, alignment, body awareness, recovery, and dancer wellness—helping dancers better understand and care for the body behind their dancing.
