Official Statement

This statement is provided to clarify the ownership and operation of Sin City Hooligans Tattoo LLC.

Sin City Hooligans Tattoo LLC is wholly owned by the Blan family. Jeff has never held any ownership interest in the company, the business, or the building from which it operates.

I am Michelle Blan, aka Harley, a tattoo artist and owner of the business and do not hold the position of apprentice. Any statements indicating otherwise are incorrect.

Jeff is not affiliated with Sin City Hooligans Tattoo LLC and is not authorized to represent the company or make statements on its behalf.

Sin City Hooligans Tattoo LLC remains committed to providing professional tattoo services to its clients and the community.

Effective immediately, Jeff is no longer affiliated with Sin City Hooligans Tattoo and is no longer authorized to represent, conduct business on behalf of, or speak for the studio.

While we will not be discussing the circumstances surrounding this separation, we feel it is important to clarify that he is no longer connected with our business in any professional capacity.

We remain committed to maintaining the standards, integrity, and professionalism our clients deserve. Thank you for your continued support.
