✨ MINI Boot Camp for Pole✨
(where we've combined our 4 week series into two classes.)

February 21st and February 28th, 2:00-5:30 pm

✨ Here we will build on foundations, introduce transitions, moves, and pole familiarity. All of the moves for Level 1 Test Out will be gone over as well as combo's, contact points, and safety. This is perfect for those wanting to have a 'quick' drop-in for level 1, compared to every Saturday of the month, or a great refresher and workout for higher levels.

*This is a beginners course to pole. As pole is a workout, we're also encouraging light snacks for a break, and plenty of water.

🚩If you are a higher level this is a really great power workout for you as well and can adjust the difficulty specifically for you (let us know if you’d like more of these for other levels) ❤️

Enjoy a drop-in class of our 'Mixed Levels 1/1.5.'

✨February 13th, 5:30-7:00 PM✨

✨If you're waiting for a 1.5 (4 week series) or just finished your level 1 (4 week series) and wanting to add more moves and conditioning to your developing knowledge in pole, this is perfect for you. We're getting comfortable with pole and building on the early foundations, contact points, and grip strength you've been working on.

✨Reminder every class is designed to mix up moves so if you've attended before, we know and keep track so that you can enjoy some new moves and add on progressions for the next time ❤️

✨Join us for an awakening experience within Pole ✨

We'll be focusing on more slow movement with pole spins and the connection between mind, body, and spirit with a sensational take within each move

In this class we will be working between movements on the pole and a mixture of transitions and floor work in a lyrical performance using both static and spin pole.

*Perfect for anyone who’s attended ‘Pole Elemental Intro’ or any 4 week program, a great drop-in class to touch up on your level 1 fluidity.

Honestly, can't get enough of these classes.

January 28th, 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

Open pole is a wonderful opportunity to get some training on the pole, but if you like guidance and someone to push you, we've got you 🫡

Our Strength class is encouraged to all levels because it's challenging for everyone. Pole is an incredible exercise not only for the cardio, endurance, and strength building, but because it puts those micro muscles to use too. We're not only lifting ourselves, holding, pushing and pulling, we're also incorporating flexibility which A LOT of times is missed in the average workout plan.

We of course recommend training in the gym (or at home), and listening to your body-resting is just as important as your training. The wonderful benefits in keeping up your exposure to the pole in your training plan, is that you're also getting your grip strength in.

Some moves we experience our only contact being that our inner thigh, and armpit grip (feeling the pole rubbing our tricep and upper side) is the only thing keeping us on the pole, and that's difficult to get exposure to outside of the pole training. ('Outside Leg Hang Progression' for reference).

So if you're ready to get sweaty and humbled, come join us for a fun time and challenge where we really push ourselves. We hope you leave feeling proud of yourself and adding more conditioning moves into your own pocket of favorites.

✨ Open to ALL levels ✨

👉 Open Pole follows immediately after (6:30 PM-7:30 PM)

(If you have ankle weights, you're more than welcome to bring them in. )

Level 2 Pole Combo Class is here, we heard you 👌

January, Friday 16th 5:30 PM-6:30PM

If you're ready to combine foundational and progression moves (some entirely new), this is for you. In level 1 and 1.5, you've worked hard on building the foundations and familiarizing yourself with contact points, gaining strength, and now we're amping it up!

✨Must have completed or tested out of 1.5 to attend.

As we start our new Level 1 (4 week series), just some thoughts as to what pole means to some.

For me personally, pole began as a form of expression and exercise, it's pivoted quickly to community and friendships. Everyone that steps into a class should feel warmth, support, and above all, proud of themselves for doing that hardest part...showing up ❤️

As your 'forever hype girl,' it's challenging some days listening to all of the negativity you tell yourselves: what you're not good at, what you can't do. We shift it to what you can do, what you're working on, what you should be proud your body allows right now..because consistency is key.

Pole is humbling, but it's also liberating in the sense you quickly get to see the results (not just your body), but where your strength is going. Oh you couldn't get that 5 second hold? Or that chair sit? Look at your progress, now you're doing a pull to sit. These changes can take time..but it's also why I say it's the 'funnest' work out. You're challenging yourself over and over, you're not giving up. That's more than enough to be proud of ❤️
