Honestly, can't get enough of these classes.
January 28th, 5:30 PM-6:30 PM
Open pole is a wonderful opportunity to get some training on the pole, but if you like guidance and someone to push you, we've got you 🫡
Our Strength class is encouraged to all levels because it's challenging for everyone. Pole is an incredible exercise not only for the cardio, endurance, and strength building, but because it puts those micro muscles to use too. We're not only lifting ourselves, holding, pushing and pulling, we're also incorporating flexibility which A LOT of times is missed in the average workout plan.
We of course recommend training in the gym (or at home), and listening to your body-resting is just as important as your training. The wonderful benefits in keeping up your exposure to the pole in your training plan, is that you're also getting your grip strength in.
Some moves we experience our only contact being that our inner thigh, and armpit grip (feeling the pole rubbing our tricep and upper side) is the only thing keeping us on the pole, and that's difficult to get exposure to outside of the pole training. ('Outside Leg Hang Progression' for reference).
So if you're ready to get sweaty and humbled, come join us for a fun time and challenge where we really push ourselves. We hope you leave feeling proud of yourself and adding more conditioning moves into your own pocket of favorites.
✨ Open to ALL levels ✨
