Meeting went great last night for the all league players meeting. I will need final rosters from everyone wanting to play the Sunday traveling BCA league AND the Monday in-house BCA/Vnea league by the end of the day September 6th. I will then do schedules early in the week and we will for sure start Sunday the 13th. Monday start date will depend on the final amount of teams. Currently we have enough teams in Sunday to mandate playing a couple doubles matches to be able to finish before the end of the year. Here are the sign ups as I have at the moment.

Thank you for another good monthly tournament. It’s been tough trying to figure out what the correct combination is to allow players of every caliber a chance to play and have a chance to win. We only have five open players show up today so chris made the on the fly decision to combine the two tournaments and give the 525 players a spot if and when they came in contact with the open players. It was not a perfect format and it is not how we will be doing the tournaments going forward but it gives us an idea that it can be done. We will work on a more reasonable format and hopefully have it ironed out before the September monthly, which will be nine ball. Thank you everyone that came out today and to those that understand running a room is difficult and we are just trying to do what’s best to help keep this place alive. Congratulations to our winners.
