💙 A Special Thank You to Olivia! 💙

A huge thank you to our summer intern, Olivia Raber, for all she has done for Wood County Society

Olivia has been giving her time and talents to our organization for many years—volunteering at Telethon, our Golf Tournament, ArtBeat Studio, Sensory Camp, and Camp ECHO. This summer, she continued that commitment as our summer intern.

Olivia is a shining example of what it looks like to bridge the gap in our community, lead with compassion, create meaningful connections and raise our next generation of advocates. Her dedication reminds us that advocacy starts with showing up, getting involved, and making space for everyone.
We are so grateful for the energy, creativity, and heart Olivia has brought to Wood County Society. 💙

We have some catching up to do! 💙

First, a heartfelt thank you to the Chamber of Commerce of the Mid-Ohio Valley for another wonderful Women in Leadership Conference. It is always inspiring to spend time surrounded by accomplished, uplifting women who are willing to share ideas, experiences, community, and encouragement. We are grateful to be part of a community that continues to invest in and empower women in leadership.

A special thank you to our amazing ArtBeat Studio artist, Anna, and our Program & Outreach Director, Bailey, for representing ArtBeat and working our Art from the Heart Shop vendor booth. We are so proud of the work you do and the way you represent our artists and mission wherever you go!

And finally, thank you to the Wood County Society Board of Directors for recognizing the value of continued learning and professional development and for investing in your employees. Opportunities like this help us grow individually and strengthen the work we do together.

We are grateful for the connections, conversations, and inspiration—and we can't wait to put it all to work! ✨

Today we want to give a HUGE ArtBeat thank-you to Hilda for 4️⃣ incredible years of volunteering at ArtBeat Studio!

If it had a stitch in it, Hilda was probably a part of it! 🧵 From teaching us how to sew and cut patterns to sharing her knowledge, patience, and creativity, she has left her mark on so many of us.

And let’s not forget the goodies! 🍪 Hilda somehow managed to feed our creativity and our bellies with all her wonderful treats—especially those delicious chocolate chip cookies that we love so much ❤️

Hilda, you have given us so much more than your time. You have shared your talents, your kindness, your laughter, and a whole lot of love.

You will always be a part of our ArtBeat family, and we are so incredibly lucky to know you, learn from you, and love you. 💕🧵
