Beat the summer heat with some shaved ice! The tropical Shaved Ice and Pina Colada from Caravan Road at Disney's Animal Kingdom are very refreshing! The Kakigori is one of their most popular treats, but I still have not tried it yet. But don't worry, I'll be back soon to try it.

Don't let the stairs scare you! The Swiss Family Treehouse at the Magic Kingdom is fun to explore! There are great views of Adventureland, lots of shade, and fun rooms that make you consider living there. 😅 It's also a great way to wear out the kids.

Because seeing the Ministry is cool - but flying through it is unforgettable! This attraction is immersive, thrilling, and packed with magical details you'll notice every time you ride. Plus, you don't want to miss the downfall of Umbridge that we have all been patiently waiting for! 😅

If you like mac n cheese, you need to try these fun cones! Located in How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk inside Universal Epic Universe the cones are made of fresh baked bread, filled with mac n cheese, and topped with fun toppings. We tried the classic which is perfect for the kiddos with the fish crackers mixed in, and the PB&J which has pulled pork and peanut bacon jam. There is a third cone (not pictured) that has Nashville-style pulled chicken, hot honey, peppers, chimichurri, and crispy onions.

DID YOU KNOW there is an island in Miami where a small population of friendly racoons live that love visitors? Racoon Island can only be reached by boat and has become a popular place because of it's furry residents. They estimate 30 to 40 racoons live on the island and they are very excited to receive fruit and fresh water.

We booked an amazing boat tour with Ocean Force Adventures and saw dolphins, beautiful views of Miami, multi-million dollar homes, and stopped to say "HI" to these cuties. Our captain was super fun and it was a great tour! They also offer various other boat tours/adventures. Check them out the next time you're in the Miami area!

Epic Universe was EPIC!!! This beautiful park deserves multiple highlight reels. So for now I'll just say I could spend all day in Isle of Berk and Super Nintendo World was a "one and done" for me. 😬

The struggle is real! One minute you’re living the magic, the next you’re rage-searching for food. 😅

Tips to avoid the battle between sleep and food at the end of the day:
- Make a reservation for a later table service meal.
- Work on your mobile order to pick up at your resort during bus ride back.
- Take frequent snack breaks throughout the day. (Eat A LOT of churros!)
