Headwaters Fairs & Festivals Our Goal is to organize and host craft fairs throughout the year, each one carefully planned to ensure a delightful experience for both vendors and attendees.

Just wanted to remind everyone who was interested in the Labor Day fair that is has been postponed till next year due to road work and a survey!

We regret to inform you that the Summer's End Craft Show in Park rapids MN, scheduled for August 30- Sep 1st, has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. This is due to ongoing road work in the area, along with a last-minute surgery, one of our organizers need to undergo.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please be assured that we are planning to have this event next labor day 2025 as to grant ample time for healing, along with allowing plenty of time for our vendors and crafters to schedule out.

Vendors and crafters who have already submitted payment and application will have the option to have their check and application held for the 2025 show or refunded.

It has come to our attention that a lot of scammers have been commenting on our event post. We are working tirelessly on removing these posts as soon as we see them. So we would like to remind anyone who is interested in becoming a vendor that you will not be contacted by anyone outside of Headwaters Fairs and Festivals official social media accounts, or Email ([email protected]). We also will not be asking for money/checks without having sent you our application.
We hope this doesn't deter anyone from joining us this labor day weekend.
