Day 4 of our High Performance Figure Skating Camp! The theme of the day was Sponsorships and it was a blast! The skaters were treated to ballet and stretching with Ballet West and learned about injury prevention and returning to the ice after injury with former figure skater and physical therapist, Kate McDermott.

These skaters were locked in and colored out on day 3 of High Performance Figure Skating Camp! Mobility and Pilates to recover off the ice and a lecture on kindness and gratitude with sports psychologist, Pam Lemons. On the ice, they are led by an incredible team of coaches.

Thumbs up 👍 for a great first day of High performance Figure skating camp! We love having skaters from all over the country come train with us! The skaters had a great hip hop class off the ice and learned about fueling their athlete bodies from registered dietitian, Tyler Roof. Let’s do it again tomorrow!
