Queen Briana had such a fun and memorable day representing Edgar County at the Illinois State Fair County Fair Day! 🐷🌽
She got to meet fellow county fair queens, enjoy lunch, and even had the opportunity to meet the Governor and Lieutenant Governor of Illinois! She also helped crown other princesses and kings at the State Fair. 👑
Of course, no trip to the State Fair would be complete without seeing the famous Butter Cow and enjoying some ice cream! 🍦🐄
One of our favorite parts of her day was stopping by the swine barn to visit our Edgar County exhibitors and wish them good luck. Briana made sure they knew their home county is cheering them on! 💙
And, according to Briana, she also “made lots of friends!” 🙌🏻💕
We are so proud of Queen Briana and the wonderful way she continues to represent Edgar County! 👑🩵

As we've had a few days to catch our breath, rest up, and reflect on another incredible Edgar County Fair, we simply want to say... thank you. ❤️
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every volunteer, Fair Board member, Associate Fair Board member, superintendent, sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, participant, entertainer, community partner, and fairgoer who made this year's fair such a tremendous success.
County fairs don't just happen, they're built by countless volunteer hands and hearts working together. It truly takes a village, and we are incredibly blessed to have the very best village right here in Edgar County.
Whether you spent countless hours volunteering behind the scenes, served as a superintendent, participated in an event, cheered from the grandstands, visited the exhibits, supported our vendors, or simply came out to enjoy the fair with your family, you played a part in making this week so special. Your support, generosity, and community spirit are what keep this tradition alive year after year.
We are proud to call Edgar County home and are so grateful for a community that continues to show up, lend a helping hand, and support one another.
Thank you for making the 2026 Edgar County Fair one to remember. We can't wait to do it all again next year. Until then, thank you for believing in the tradition, the memories, and the people who make our fair so special. ❤️

Once the checkered flag waves on the derby, don't head home just yet! Make your way to the Party Barn as OCTANE takes the stage to close out the 2026 Edgar County Fair with an unforgettable show! 🎶🎉

Tonight’s theme is Red, White & Blue Americana. In honor of America’s’ 250th anniversary, show your pride and flood the fairgrounds in patriotic style! 🇺🇸

The power is coming to the 2026 Edgar County Fair as the Truck & Tractor Pull takes over the grandstand! Get ready for an evening of roaring engines, flying dirt, and incredible horsepower as competitors battle it out on the track.

From powerful tractors to high-horsepower trucks, tonight is sure to be one of the most exciting nights of fair week. Bring your family and friends and experience the action firsthand!

Tonight’s theme is 90’s country night! This is your time to shine! Dress as your favorite 90’s country singer or song! 🤠

🍻NEW THIS YEAR: Grab a cold drink in our 21+ Beer Garden while enjoying the action! The beer garden will be open during the event with cold beer and live entertainment
