Phillips is best known as a pioneer of bold, eye-popping graphic art that defined surf, rock poster, and skateboard subcultures from Santa Cruz, California.

Save the date! Saturday, September 5 at 5:00PM, the Tibetan monks of Drepung Loseling Monastery will offer a ceremony of chants and prayers at the Paradise Theater in Paonia to celebrate harvest season. Bring your garden and farm produce to display on stage and extend the blessing. Drepung monks gave this Lama Chopa ceremony here years ago, and the Paradise was filled with community, flowers, and fruits of field and garden. Please join us! $20 suggested donation to benefit the monks.

September, we’re paying tribute to the passing of Dolly Parton and Tim Curry. September 18th, we’ll be showing Best Little Wh******se in Texas. September 19th, we’ll be showing Legend. Doors will open at 6:30PM for both films with movies starting at 7:00PM. Both movies will be by donation! 🎟️ 🍿 🎥

Cruising back to 1962 tonight at the Paradise Theatre! Join us for a special screening of the classic American Graffiti, kicking off tonight at the Paradise Theatre of Paonia. Grab some popcorn, round up your friends, and come enjoy this nostalgic trip down memory lane. There is no set ticket price for this screening and admission is entirely by donation. Every single contribution directly helps support our community non-profit theatre and keeps the reels turning for future events.

Doors open at 6:30PM, so come down early to grab a seat, hang out in the lobby, and settle in for a fantastic night of classic cars, rock 'n' roll, and timeless memories.
