Random thoughts lately:

It’s okay to have anxiety.
I’m often harder on myself than anyone else could ever be—constantly questioning whether I’m doing enough for my kids, my marriage, my family, my health, and my clients.
Comparison can be incredibly consuming, but we forget that everyone is living from a completely different starting point, shaped by experiences we may never see.
I’ve made mistakes. I’ve gotten things wrong. I still have so much to learn, and I’m sure I always will.
But maybe growth isn’t about constantly asking ourselves what we could be doing better. Maybe sometimes it’s about recognizing what we’ve already built, being present for it, and allowing ourselves to actually enjoy it.
Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
Don’t become so focused on becoming better that you forget to appreciate the life you’re already living. 🤍
