Join us for the Feathers & Friends show!

Our feathered, furry and scaly cast along with their trainers will amaze you with unique behaviors and training styles. You will meet a variety of birds, cats, dogs and reptiles. The majority of the Feather and Friend’s cast were adopted from animal shelters or came from other homes! Guests are given several opportunities to join the cast on stage to interact with the animals. Learn how the different species are trained and get some ideas for training your pets at home! Watch a bird fly on a wind machine live on stage, like they do in the movies! Laugh, learn and fall in love with these talented critters and their trainers.

Bottlenose dolphins don't have vocal cords, so they don't vocalize with their mouth the way we do. Instead, the sounds they make are produced by moving air through air sacs just beneath the blowhole and then releasing it. Have you ever made high pitched squeaky noises by slowly releasing air from a balloon? Same same!
When the dolphin is above the water, we can hear these sounds.
When the dolphin is below the water, we can SEE them!

Have you scrubbed your sea turtle today?

Did you know that sea turtles can feel when their shell is touched, and Cleatus the Green Sea Turtle loves a good back scratch! Unfortunately, this also means that having a shell isn't quite the same as having a suit of armor: they DO feel injuries and boat strikes. What a great reminder to take it slow and keep your eyes on the water while you're boating this holiday weekend.
