In this Conscious Stretching session, we use movement, breathing, and vocal expression to help the body release accumulated tension and stress.

Many times, we unknowingly store stress, worries, and emotions in our muscles and tissues. By combining deep stretches with sound, powerful exhalations, and intentional movement, we allow the body to relax, regain mobility, and feel lighter and freer.
