Where to start…
This season was filled with highs and lows, both in and out of the game. It was a season where many outside our circle didn’t believe in what we were capable of, a season where, at times, we felt like we deserved more than what the final results showed.
And right now, I can’t help but feel a wave of mixed emotions.
I’m incredibly proud of how the guys carried themselves through so many difficult moments, from struggling on Day 1, to convincingly taking out the tournament favorites, to grinding through close, hard-fought matches on what felt like the longest day of the season Saturday, and then leaving absolutely everything on the stage Sunday.
, , , you all belong on the biggest stage. Period.
Yes, we finished second, again, but that doesn’t tell the full story. We poured everything into this run; the late nights, the long hours, the sacrifices, the grind. Through it all, we showed resilience, unity, and heart, the kind of things no scoreboard can ever fully capture.
Also special shoutout for Vanessa and Shanna for supporting the guys in as good a shape as possible through these events 🙌🏻
With that said, congratulations to , , , , , , and . You guys turned things around in a big way and accomplished something that’s never been done before. Nothing but respect for that.
This marks my 16th year being involved with Call of Duty in various roles, and my 5th season as a Coach/GM. And I still love this just as much as I did on Day 1. In a world where negativity often drowns out the good, I want to take a moment to express how thankful I am to be a part of something I’m so passionate about.
And to all the fans regardless of who you cheer for, your support means more than words can say. Whether you were cheering in the crowd, watching from home, or sending messages. You rode the emotional rollercoaster with us. You gave us energy when we were drained, hope when things looked tough, and pride in moments we’ll never forget. We don’t take that energy lightly.
This journey isn’t just ours… it’s yours too. We play for each other, but we also play for you.
