🥔POTATOES, POTATOES, POTATOES!🥔

We finally got in the ground this week and did a test dig on the potatoes and they look freakin fantastic!

Today we will have a pallet up front of YUKON GOLD for sale!

So excited to have them for our own mashed potatoes in our HOMECOOKIN meals this week. (MMMMM, mashed potatoes are our fav!) How do you like to enjoy your potatoes?

🥕 Did you know that Alaskan grown carrots are sweeter than the average carrot?⁠

Thanks to our longer day, carrots have an increased sugar content. They sure are tasty!⁠

☀️ Carrots are a great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fiber, potassium, Vitamin B6, folate, and several minerals like calcium and magnesium.⁠

Luckily there are many ways to enjoy locally grown carrots; find them at the grocery store, grow them yourself, or come pick them at the farm once they are ready!⁠

🌱 For the festival most of the area is paved and has large flat paths so that everyone is welcome.⁠

We are closing raspberries again for a few days because they have been picked out and we need more to come on. Sad, we know.
