There are moments when you realize that the work happening behind the curtain is making an impact far beyond the stage. โค๏ธ๐ญ
Palmdale Repertory Theatre is incredibly grateful to the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, Katheryn Barger, and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for their generous support of our organization through the Organization Grant Program.
This funding is more than a grant. It is an investment in local artists, local stories, and the belief that our community deserves access to quality, live theatre right here at home. Because of this support, PRT is able to continue creating opportunities for performers, directors, designers, technicians, volunteers, and audiences throughout the Antelope Valley.
We were also honored to have the opportunity to share a little bit about that mission with the Antelope Valley Press in a recent interview about how county funding is helping bring live theatre closer to home.
As an organization built by and for our community, we are incredibly proud of what PRT continues to accomplishโand even more excited about where weโre going.
To everyone who has supported us by sitting in our audiences, stepping onto our stages, volunteering backstage, donating, sharing our posts, or simply believing in what we do:
Thank you. This is your theatre, too. โค๏ธ
