recently, I’ve been in a very good place

this post is going to be all about my self-esteem

people have known me for being the most cheerful person in their lives. to be honest, it’s true. seeing bad things in my life used to make me think that it wasn’t right so I decided to share positivity with all my friends and family. but was I happy? that’s a good question

in Russia I never felt like being totally myself. there was judgement, angriness and fear. I used to be anxious from morning until sun sets down because I couldn’t live in those emotions

it’s been almost three months since I moved to LA. what has changed? a lot. I feel myself. now I can say that I love who I see in the mirror

my mental health has become better. my life has become better. my faith in myself has become stronger and my self-esteem is now on that level in which I can say: “I am the best”

believe in yourself and don’t forget to drink water
