G-Star Blackbox

G-Star Blackbox G-Star Theatre Summer Camp is a camp located on the G-Star School of the Arts West Palm Beach campus, in building H.

Our caring and enthusiastic counselors manage a wide range of creative programs for campers ages 10-16. Our team is comprised of a team of three teachers who hold Master of Fine Arts in Acting, Educational Theatre, & Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Degrees, along with counselors who are pursuing the arts on the collegiate level. We are certified in CPR and First Aid, and take great pride in prov

iding a loving, safe, and welcoming environment for all of our campers.

Our days usually begin with an invigorating yoga or meditation session, followed by theatre warm ups. We usually enjoy a snack, and continue to theatre games and improvisation activities. We will break for lunch, and continue our afternoons with instruction in acting, musical theatre, and scene work. We allow choice for our campers, as they choose their own material to work on with our counselors, to be presented in a showcase concluding the three weeks. The showcase will be open to the public for the price of admission. We believe in crafting young artists, and the theatre making process.

Whether you are looking to learn more about G-Star as an option for high school, or to enjoy theatre, we know you will have fun with us. We provide snack included in the cost of the admission, have optional lunch meal plans, and provide fun themed days to add excitement and social connectivity.
