ArtsOasis mission is to promote awareness and development of the Southern California Desert’s creative community; helping stimulate the regional economy through increased tourism, improved business development, greater employment opportunities, and enhanced quality of life. We accomplish this through:
Promotion: Showcasing the broad range of creative enterprises, events, talent and cultural heritage throughout the region, ArtsOasis’ efforts increase awareness of the Southern California Desert as a creative mecca in which to live and work. Networking: ArtsOasis connects producers, suppliers and consumers of the creative economy, making the collective knowledge and experiences of each a resource for everyone. Education: ArtsOasis facilitates the transfer of knowledge and career opportunities through research and educational seminars and services that inform and inspire individuals and businesses to support the local creative community. ArtsOasis actively pursues, as well as introduces, public and private policies for local, state and national government agencies that encourage growth of the region’s creative economy.
