Had a great time hosting ART Animated at the Berkshire Intl. Film Festival Summer Drive-In Event at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA July -Sept and each screening was sold out too! Big congrats to everyone at BIFF!

ART Animated and PSIAF Palm Springs Intl. Animation Festival founder Brian Neil Hoff has partnered with BIFF Berkshire Intl. Film Festival to host Summer Drive-In Screening events

Here’s a link to Brian Neil Hoff’s first animated short film “Automaton” that was released in 2008. The word Automaton, was first used by the Greeks to descible a self-operating robot and dates back to the 17th century. The Automaton is known as the first robot at 240 years old.

The animated film took a few years to produce. After entering the festival circuit, the film went on to win the California Intl. Animation Festival for Best Sci-Fi Short. After that win the film played in many festivals around the world.
This animated project later inspired Brian’s passion to start the Palm Springs Intl. Animation Festival ( PSIAF )
