The historic Plaza Theatre Palm Springs, closed since The Fabulous Palm Springs Follies dropped its curtain for the final time in 2014, opened wide for a lineup of brilliant performances for Oasis Music Festival in May.

Christian McBride and Inside Straight definitely gave out an old-school feel with numbers that spotlighted each member of the band during their Oasis Music Festival stint May 15 at , including Peter Martin on piano, vibraphonist Warren Wolf, McBride on bass, drummer Carl Allen, and saxophonist Steve Wilson.

Giselle Woo & The Night Owls seemed to thoroughly enjoy their stay on the Plaza Theatre Palm Springs stage during the Oasis Music Festival on May 14. Giselle did not hesitate to go out into the audience - many she knew - and the hometown vibe was definitely present.
