Dance Forever shows you AND allows you to make a video... but you have to do the practice!

Good news is you don't need a partner, you are working on becoming a better dancer by working on your part...they have to work on their part! When both parts work independently it works together.

Other studios often *Do Not Permit* videos and also *do not allow* the private lesson students free floor time...it's $15 per person...

People want to know about Troy, Cathy, and how Dance Forever came to be:

Once upon a time in what feels like another life, Cathy graduated college in NY and went to work for a Fortune 100 company with the goal of paying off college loans and saving money. In that job she learned many things, most of all that she loved the feeling of being of service to others and was rewarded by seeing the benefit to their life. She started Pilates with a personal trainer. As she became more successful in her career, that feeling faded as the distance between her and the actual customer expanded. With no Plan B, she resigned and put her stock options into paying off her home.
For the first time in her life she had the freedom of time, and began volunteer work for Hospice and became a Master Gardener, she traveled in an RV.
And when a friend called with a job opportunity she accepted 10 hours, 12 hours, 15 hours, 17 hours 20 hours, 24 hours...'on call'
Her husband was away from home 4 or more months at a time, and here's where the story really begins...
