Our mission has always been simple: to produce one of the cleanest, healthiest, and most thoughtfully crafted sea salts on the planet—right here in Palm Beach.

Salt is more than sodium. Our locally harvested seawater contains a naturally occurring balance of magnesium, potassium, calcium, and other trace minerals that reflects the unique coastal waters of our region.

We believe there is something powerful about consuming food produced close to home—especially a foundational ingredient created by the same environment in which we live, work, and thrive.

Our sea salt is carefully filtered, slowly crystallized, and independently tested by a third-party laboratory. The results confirm its rich mineral profile, while arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury tested below the laboratory’s reporting limits.
