It is home to the Palestine Community Theatre with shows running all four seasons of the year. The Historic Texas Theatre is one of the oldest and most beautiful theatres in East Texas, and the Crown Jewel of Historic Downtown Palestine. PCT's goal is to unite the community, support the arts, bring tourism to Downtown Palestine and preserve the history of the Texas.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for auditions yesterday!We were absolutely thrilled by the incredible turnout and, even more, by the amazing talent we have right here in our community!

Putting yourself out there and auditioning takes courage, and we are so grateful to each and every person who shared their time and talent with us. If you weren’t cast for this production, please keep auditioning and sharing your talent! We truly hope to see ALL of you back at future auditions.

‼️PCT Improv is BACK beginning on Wed., August 12 @ 6:30.

The improv troupe will be preparing for a murder mystery in October, and the Faire of Champions in January 2027.
