We love helping bring fun to your events, but we need to remind everyone of a very important policy to avoid any confusion:

Requesting a quote does NOT reserve a unit for your event. We cannot guarantee availability based on intent alone. Unfortunately, we’ve had situations where people requested a quote, said they planned to rent, but never followed through — and didn’t let us know they changed their mind. Meanwhile, others missed out thinking that unit was already taken.

Here’s how it works:
✅ A unit is only reserved once a nonrefundable deposit is made.
✅ Without a deposit, the unit remains available for anyone to rent.
✅ We cannot hold units based on conversation or intent — we require a deposit to lock it in.

We truly appreciate your understanding. We never want to disappoint anyone, but to be fair to all our customers, we have to stick to this policy. If you want to secure a unit for your event, please make sure your deposit is paid — otherwise, it stays up for grabs.
