We are hiring!! B2D is looking for an Assistant Dance Director & Instructor for some of our tap, jazz, ballet, and point classes on Wednesday & Thursday afternoon/evenings.

Position: Assistant Dance Director & Instructor
Location: Borne2Dance, Inc.
Hours: 4-8 hours per week

About Us: Borne2Dance, Inc. is dedicated to nurturing the love of dance & music in students of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to provide high-quality education in a supportive and creative environment. We offer a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and contemporary; music styles in guitar, drums, piano, and ukulele.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our lead instructors in teaching dance classes, providing support to students, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our studio. This position is perfect for someone who loves dance and enjoys working with children and adults alike.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead instructors during dance classes
- Help demonstrate dance techniques and routines
- Provide individual support and guidance to students
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Assist with choreography and preparation for performances
- Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude
- Help with studio events and recitals as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong background in dance with proficiency in one or more dance styles
- Previous teaching or assisting experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and adults
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Passion for dance and commitment to students' growth

Our Happy Spring fundraiser is going on NOW through Friday, April 12th at 11:59pm!! These fundraisers help us raise money for our December & June recitals, in hopes of preventing B2D from having to raise the ticket prices each year. 🙃

For the first time *ever* our 2021-2022 AND 2022-2023 dance recital streams are available for purchase & downloading!! Thank you all for your patience while we coordinated everything to make this available to our families. You guys are awesome as usual!! 🙌

From Friday, February 23rd through 11:45pm March 8th, you can purchase your shows of choice ($25/each plus fees) at this link: https://27632.danceticketing.com/landing.cfm and you have until 3/23 to download them to your computer, cloud, or harddrive. That's it! Easy peasy.

I've uploaded the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 Recital Programs to our website at: http://borne2dance.com/recital.html and you can view them to see which dances your students were in.

Help support B2D by participating in our Fall Fundraiser — now through October 16th!!

Every year we do a fundraiser with "Support My School" to help offset studio & recital costs for the upcoming year. Every dollar raised goes back into the studio to continue to give your students an enriched experience.

Items available are: wrapping paper, kitchen supplies, home essentials, dips, desserts, cookies and more. Orders will be delivered in time for the Holidays so these goodies will make excellent gifts! For free shipping, chose the “Ship to School” option — they’ll come directly to Borne2Dance and we’ll distribute items to families. For family & friends out of town that still want to participate, they can choose the flat-rate “Ship to Home option”.
