A customer stopped by Mastertech Computers with a pile of old electronics he didn't want ending up in the trash. Old routers, a cable modem, power cables, and even a 1st-generation iPad!

He wasn't looking for money, just wanted everything properly recycled. But I spotted a Dell power adapter I knew I could resell for around $20, so I offered him $10 for it.

He was ECSTATIC! 😂💰

The funny part? He was already planning to give us everything for FREE!

We salvaged a few usable cables, set the Dell adapter aside for our repair bench, and sent the rest to our electronics recycling pile.

I even spotted a decent-looking Netgear Nighthawk router in the bunch! But we've seen enough router failures over the years that we generally avoid selling used routers. Just not worth passing a potential headache on to another customer!

Just finished replacing the screen on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and of course, we're throwing on a FREE tempered glass screen protector!

Wondering why I remove the factory plastic and put my own dust-absorbing film down? Sometimes there's a smudge hiding underneath! I like to inspect the screen first and make sure everything is spotless before installing the protector. 😎

💵 ANOTHER MONEY HUNT! 🥏💰

This time we're hiding cash at the local Frisbee Golf (Frolf) Course!

😂 Here's the funny part... I hid the money at 3:30 PM but didn't get this video uploaded until 7:30 PM!

Nobody ever seems to go to the frolf course, so there's a pretty good chance the money is STILL THERE! 👀

🔎 Look for our Mastertech Computers sticker!

💦 Sweat Damage Killed These Ray-Ban Meta Glasses… or Did It? 😳🕶️

These Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses came in from someone serving in the Army who had been sweating heavily while wearing them. Eventually, they stopped working completely!

Instead of tearing them apart, I decided to try a simple trick. I sprayed some BW-100 contact cleaner into the hinge openings where the flex cables connect the frames to the arms.

Hit both sides, let the cleaner evaporate, put them on the charger, and BOOM! 💥 They're working again!

Sometimes a $10–$20 can of contact cleaner might save you an expensive repair! Just make sure you're using electronics-safe cleaner, power the glasses off, and allow everything to dry completely before charging. This won't fix every case of liquid damage, but it worked on this pair!

📦 We also accept mail-in Ray-Ban Meta repairs from anywhere in the USA!

✅ No Fix, No Charge
✅ 90-Day Repair Warranty

And for the love of God… NOT ANOTHER SPICE GIRLS SONG. 😂

Cleaned up, tested, and fresh install.

This PS5 got a full cleaning, fresh format/reload, and is headed to the shelf for $349 with 1TB internal storage + a 1TB NVMe expansion.

While I’m up front, here’s a quick look at the new shop layout 👀 Arcade machines moved, consoles stocked, Buy 1 Get 1 50% OFF video games, and we’ve even got PS5 controllers with TMR stick upgrades ready to go.

Now the question is… can I sell this PS5 in the shop before Chris sells it on eBay? 😂
