Flow Festival

Flow Festival Flow Festival is Puna, Hawaii's premiere music, cultural and sustainability festival.

The festival was originally inspired in 2014 when the Big Island's active lava flow changed directions and threatened to cut off lower Puna from the rest of the island. March 27-29, 2026, at the Black Rock Amphitheater on the Big Island of Hawai'i.

Day 3! Come out and support amazing artists, the majority of whom are local to Puna.

Gabriel Tolno's FANYE will bring quite the celebratory vibe, with a big, multi-instrumental group to rock us out. This will be a time for fun and dance that would be difficult to resist.

Alohi's group includes seven artists. His sound blends island reggae roots with American songwriting, anchored by meaningful lyrics and melodies that come straight from the heart.

Band of Angels is a group of nine musicians and dancers who will weave dance, drum, song and storytelling to uplift the world.

Troll Garcia's poetic lyrics and unique open tuning guitar style are a one of a kind genius.

Joshua August Rivera looks for the raw and the ornate, and blends the two together with a malleable voice and intricate guitar work.

Jaris Dreamingwith Stefani Hinkle shares high energy, socially conscious music continues to open hearts, change lives, expand minds, and move the feet of those who hear it.

Kawika Starshine Burns has been bringing beautiful prayers and energy to the whole gathering.

So much gratitude to everyone.

Flow Fest 2026 began in a beautiful way yesterday. So grateful for the many people who have gathered to co-create a powerful experience together. Yesterday's lineup, led by many powerful women, set the tone for the journey. We begin today with a drum and dance class from Gabriel Tolno. Then we'll pray together, and the music continues. Amongst the planned artists blessing us up, we have a very special surprise artist singing tonight.

One of our biggest inspirations for Flow Fest is the healing power of music.

✨Curious to hear
your reflections
on these questions
in the comments 🪽

We realize that our songs
can be the gates to harmony.
These gates are needed now
as the world falls into war.

Who are the peace singers?
The revelers in joy?
Those who sing back the voices of the ancestors
to say that
war never has a harmonious outcome.

It leaves destitution that
restitution struggles to amend.

We are called to sing against these wars,
to sing for the progeny of humanity.

There is no time left to wait.

Who sees the power of their song seeds?

How has doubt
helped anything to grow?

With these years left,
what will we sow?

What gates
may we pass through together
at Flow Fest?
Where shall we go?

Feeling called to Flow Fest?
Meet you at the Black Rock Amphitheater.
Let's see where we go from there!
