OPENING WEEKEND!

Join us Friday, May 29 at 7:00 PM for the opening night of Come From Away at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts. Doors open at 6:00 PM (performances continue Saturday, May 30 at 7:00PM)

Based on the remarkable true story of 7,000 airline passengers unexpectedly stranded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, following the events of September 11, Come From Away is a powerful, uplifting celebration of kindness, community, and the connections that bring us together in extraordinary circumstances.

After the performance, stay for a special talkback with the cast, crew, and band. These artists have poured their hearts into bringing this incredible production to life, and we can't wait to share their work with you.

You know him, you love him… Trevor Brown is back for another summer with Thingamajig Theatre at Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts! 🌟 A New Orleans native, NYC-based actor, and Northwestern State University graduate, Trevor has been part of the Thingamajig family for 7+ years with credits including A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, The Wild Party, Jersey Boys, Godspell, Bright Star, Guys and Dolls, Mamma Mia!, The Who’s Tommy, All is Calm, Master Class, and of course, Tim Moore’s personal favorite, The Caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland 🐛✨ Other regional credits include White Christmas, Joseph and the amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, and Tootsie.
Fun facts: Trevor was almost a professional baseball player before breaking his growth plate ⚾️ and is a HUGE horror fan! Both books and movies 📚🔪 We couldn’t imagine summer at PSCA without you, Trevor! 💛

Another summer company introduction coming your way! Meet Michaela Winter, returning to Thingamajig Theatre after a 10-year hiatus! 🌟 Past credits include Susan Waverly in White Christmas and Nova in Nova: An Original Ballet at Thingamajig Theatre, as well as Alice in Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Giants of Science, cul-de-sac, Prosecution/Defense, The Women, and Wallace. Michaela holds an MFA from the Actor’s Studio Drama School and a BFA from AMDA. Fun facts: Michaela loves to bake and is a huge fan of The Great British Baking Show 🍰✨ and is also a certified yoga instructor 🧘‍♀️ Welcome home, Michaela! We’re so glad you’re here!

Let’s keep these introductions rolling! Meet Victor Fajer, joining Thingamajig Theatre’s Summer Company at Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts! 🌟 A New York City based performer originally from El Paso, Texas, Victor is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Credits include Ramses in The Prince of Egypt (Titusville Playhouse), Alan in Babes in Toyland (Woodstock Playhouse), Prince Ferdinand in The Tempest (Shakespeare & Company), Voldemort in A Very Potter Musical, and performances at Broadway at Bryant Park. Fun facts: Victor and caffeine are like this 🤞😩 and he traded working on Wall Street for his current flap-ball-change era 💃✨ Welcome to the family, Victor! We love you already!

Another summer company spotlight coming your way! Meet Koko Waller, joining Thingamajig Theatre’s Summer Company at Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts! 🌟 Born and raised just down the road in Telluride, Koko is now based in NYC as both an actor, singer, dancer. Credits include Reno in Anything Goes (Milton Theatre), Bea in Something Rotten (Arts Center of Coastal Carolina), and First Witch in Macbeth (Telluride Theatre). B.F.A. Marymount Manhattan College. Fun facts: Koko LOVES to knit 🧶 (currently finishing a cardigan!) and works as a headshot photographer in NYC when she’s not on stage 📸✨ We’re so excited to welcome this Colorado girl back home for the summer!
