And just like that… another Cinema Systers Film Festival comes to a close. 🌈🎬

To every filmmaker, artist, volunteer, performer, sponsor, attendee, late-night conversationalist, emotional support extrovert, exhausted introvert, and beautiful human who made this weekend what it was… thank you.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for supporting le***an storytelling.
Thank you for laughing, crying, connecting, dancing, hugging strangers, staying out too late, and creating the kind of community that reminds people why spaces like this matter so damn much.

Somewhere tonight, somebody is packing their suitcase with a full heart, 400 blurry camera roll photos, and at least one new inside joke they’ll be quoting for the next year. 😏

Travel safe. Hydrate aggressively. Recover accordingly.
And we’ll see you again next year in Paducah. 🖤

➡️ Final rounds of incredible films at Maiden Alley Cinema.
➡️ And an It’s A Wrap Party to celebrate the stories, connections, laughter, and community we’ve built together all weekend long.

The final day always hits a little different. 🖤

Who’s still out wandering Paducah, deep in conversation, emotionally wrecked by a film, or somehow still dancing like tomorrow isn’t a full festival day?

At this point the schedule is just a suggestion and everybody’s running on vibes, community, and questionable amounts of caffeine.

Due to incoming weather, Sunday Brunch tomorrow, May 24 has officially been moved to:

Artist Meets Audience is your chance to hear directly from the filmmakers behind this year’s films - the stories, the process, the emotions, the chaos, the inspiration, and everything that happened between idea and screen.

If you’ve laughed, cried, gasped, or sat there stunned during a screening this weekend… this is where you get to ask the questions.
