To my wonderful students, clients, and colleagues:

It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing that I will be taking a hiatus from pole instruction and will no longer be leading group classes for the time being.
I plan on taking this period to hone my skills in my art form, direct more energy towards my ambitions as a performer, and take up opportunities for travel as a means to expand my career.

By no means am I leaving pole behind- pole is where my heart is and where I feel like my best and realest self. I won’t be letting it go anytime soon. But now, my efforts will be focused on being the best dancer I can be, and seeing what comes with that.

I wish I could put into words how much love and admiration I have for all of you, and how excited I am to see where you go in your pole and aerial journeys. I hope that I will one day get to play a part in those journeys again, and for the time being, I’m here to offer guidance where and how I can.

I’ve got some room in tonight’s 6:00 Intro to Pole class at Verticality Pole and Aerial Fitness if anyone is interested in joining in- we’ll be blending pole basics with some essentials for building style and tone in a dance!

My Pole 1 students are in the process of wrapping up their back-hand grab unit and will be starting on climb techniques and exercises to build stronger climbs.

December’s booking calendar is up a little early in anticipation of the busy holiday season ☃️ Give the gift of pole this year (or treat yourself 😉) and schedule a private lesson with me today!

Whether you’ve been interested in starting/have just started your pole journey, currently take classes and want some extra instruction, or simply learn better in a one-on-one environment, private lessons are a great option for everyone! 🖤

Quick refresher on my policies:

🪦 Private lessons are $50 each and can be purchased as a single lesson or in packs of two ($80) or three ($120).
Semi-private lessons are $75 each and can be purchased as a single lesson or in packs of two ($125) or three ($190).
Payment for each lesson is due upon booking.

🪦 Following studio policy, all current Verticality students with membership packages receive $10 off each private lesson.

🪦 Purchased lessons are nonrefundable, but are available for one reschedule each. Reschedules cannot be compounded and used in succession.

🪦 Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hour’s notice. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled private lesson will result in forfeit of a reschedule. Lack of any cancellation notice will result in a “No Call/No Show” fee of $10, following the studio’s policy regarding classes.

🪦 Each lesson will be curated to the student’s individual needs/goals. All new private students will receive an intake survey to assess and establish said needs/goals.

🪦 Due to our studio format (shared studio floor), some private lessons may take place during lessons and classes from other instructors.

The holiday season’s coming up very soon, and what better way to celebrate than to join Paducah Main Street in the Broadway Holiday Open House!
The staff of Verticality Pole and Aerial Fitness (myself included) will be welcoming in the winter holidays with sales on merchandise and classes, as well as sample sessions of our available courses and apparatuses. If you’ve been interested in trying your hand at pole with no commitment or have any pole-related questions, drop on in and I’ll guide you through getting started on your pole journey!
