ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT: WOUNDED ANIMAL! Catch him live on August 9th at MonoRama Fest at Winters Tavern in Pacifica, California
Wounded Animal is a traveling songsmith, spinning stories that are at once foreign and familiar. Armed only with his fiddle and his wits, he roams the landscape collecting tunes and tricks, friends and foes, tall tales and creatures with scales. Like the bards of old, his music brings together folk styles and mythologies from across the world to craft a performance that one listener described as "dark and alive, like the smell of the forest floor." While these strange musical events have been documented in a 2024 record entitled "Unspeakable Beasts, "the sorcery contained therein can only truly be known in person.
