An update from the team-

Due to our inability to secure financing, lack of private investor interest, and lack of contractor interest in providing bids, our plans for the Royal are up in the air.

We wanted to provide you guys an update since we keep getting questions! There is currently a secondary plan in the works, but it is not yet confirmed.

Our goal is still the same, revitalize St. Louis street by reimagining the Royal Theater!

Today, the Historic Royal Theater at 301 West St. Louis Street was purchased by Gary Nemec, Shauna Ray Jackson, Sam Dean, and Matt Strothkamp with the plan to open an event center.
