Palisades Studio has been a cherished home for young dancers in the Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Topanga communities. On January 7, 2025, a devastating wildfire swept through our neighborhoods, destroying homes, schools, and businesses. Of our 100 Palisades Studio families, 98 lost their homes entirely or were displaced — including ours.
For the past ten months, we’ve continued offering dance instruction to Palisades families, thanks in large part to the generosity of Abby Lee Miller, who graciously opened her West Los Angeles studio as a temporary home for our classes. Now, with two Palisades schools reopened and families beginning to return or rebuild, Palisades Studio is preparing to return back to the Palisades as well. 🩵
