Shake It Señora is a joyful Zumba® community in Pacific Grove where everyone is welcome to dance, sweat, and smile. We offer high-energy morning classes at N Space Studio (170 Central Ave) that are fun, beginner-friendly, and full of music that moves you. Regular Zumba classes throughout the week, open to all levels — no dance background needed, just bring your smile! Zumba 101 (Wednesdays, 8:30 A

M) with Tracy — a gentle on-ramp for beginners who want to build confidence while still getting a great workout. Friday Zumba (8:30 AM) with Romina & Myriam — a dynamic mother-daughter team who bring vibrant energy and authentic Latin flavor to every class. Our mission is simple: to help you start your day with joy, connect with community, and let the music take you higher. Come shake, sweat, and shine with us — you’ll feel the difference in body and spirit.

SHAKE IT SENORA IS GOING PINK! 💗

I’m excited to be part of Party in Pink™ Zumbathon® on October 11, and I would love to have you there dancing with me!

Local Zumba® instructors are coming together and volunteering their time to benefit the Breast Cancer Assistance Group of Monterey County (BCAG) and help local breast cancer patients with essential household expenses during treatment and recovery.

Every morning, our Shake it Señora Zumba community gathers to move, laugh, and start the day together at N Space Dance Studio .

And just across the street, we’ve found our happy place — a warm table where friendships grow over coffee, conversation, and the kindness of the Happy Girl Kitchen Co. team.

Happy Girl Kitchen has become such an important part of our mornings, and we’re proud to support their effort to purchase the building they call home — so this special community space can remain right where it belongs.
