This is handmade tile from Morocco. The client wanted it to look kinda uneven but also nice.The tiles are all different sizes. She wanted a plaid pattern. Tile was expensive and we only had a certain amount of each color, so I worked with her for several hours on the pattern before I began. Every backsplash that I do is personal for someone's home. Its thier vision that I have to try and create. Tile work is difficult and I do my best with limited instructions, no instalation manuals and products that are not uniform.
