What an incredible opening night! We are still buzzing from the energy at the Consulado de México en Oxnard for the exhibition launch of Once Miradas, Un Balon.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate art, culture, and community. We were deeply honored to have the Mayor Luis McArthur in attendance, alongside representatives from the offices of Senator Monique Limón and Assemblymember Steve Bennett. Thank you for your continued support of local arts! 🏛️

The highlight of the night might have been welcoming 4 of our local youth soccer teams from Oxnard Shields! We loved gifting them custom World Cup-inspired jerseys and running around for some fun games outside. The future of the game is bright! 🏃‍♂️💨⚽️

Spend a full week drawing, experimenting, creating, and building your skills alongside other young artists in a fun and welcoming studio space 🎨

Inspired by the passion, culture, and community surrounding fútbol, Once Miradas, Un Balón (“Eleven Perspectives, One Ball”) brings together artists exploring the game through their own unique lens. From identity and memory to movement, fandom, and neighborhood pride, this exhibition celebrates how soccer connects people across generations and borders.
