On Sunday, September 28th OAA Members, Employees of Chester Water Authority, family, and friends gathered at the studio for the annual Picture of the Year event. This year's winners are:

Picture of the Year - Novelda "Bo" Ferguson, pen and ink of Rohrer's Mill

People's Choice, Painting/Illustration - Marsha Stiles, watercolor of a train depot

People's Choice (pottery) - Beti Grumelli, begonia and elderberry ceramic wall pocket

Each year on the last Sunday in September, OAA members host the executives of the Chester Water Authority to a supper, art exhibit by members, and selection of "Picture of the Year" to satisfy the lease. The winning artist is paid by the OAA and the CWA retains the work for display in one of its facilities.
