Little update on Mindful Movement at the Messner Series!
Also,....loving this full-circle moment in bringing movement and flow into this space! Heart & Soul Farm is one of my soul sistas. And apparantly the building knew it before we did!! 🥰

Hi friends! So, if you’ve been seeing about my new mindful movement at the Messner series starting next Monday, I accidentally put some conflicting times out there for the Monday’s classes. To clarify, Monday classes will be held from 6 to 6:45pm. I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

Also I have been dying to share this fun fact…back in 2017 when I was preparing and planning for Heart & Soul Farm, I actually looked at this building to purchase it for HSF’s studio!!! I am so thrilled that Brooke Sauter ended up with it, and that I get to have a very full circle moment teaching this series at the beautiful The Prairie Victorian !!!!

Finally sharing some photos of the bathroom update! Special thank you to my bestie Laura for giving up a vacation day to paint my bathroom. Talk about the person who supports my ideas, no matter how crazy!

The evolution of this bathroom has come quite a ways. Swipe through the photos and see one from July 2024 -- Before we had lights, before the old vanity got ripped out, before we had plumbing. (Aka the dark ages).

It's far from perfect, but every little improvement goes toward making this space a little more functional, stylish, and comfortable.

What a fun day hosting the Chamber for their Educational Luncheon! Especially when it means getting to collab with the other Oxford businesses coming together to make this happen, The Market and Dalle de Verre!

It's time to start making it look like fall 'round these parts! (....Especially since my day job is about to get REAL crazy, real fast and I didn't want the window to go neglected till November...)
More bits and bobs to come, but I'd say this is a pretty good base. 😁👻
