Alright all you demo derby enthusiasts, just heard that we have 5 cars being donated for the derbies this year.

More details and pictures to come but it’s time to start savings your pennies!!

You are bidding on the right to drive the car in the derby (the car - or what’s left of it does NOT go home with you).

We’ll remind you again, but, you will need your own helmet, boots (preferred), long pants and long sleeve shirt😃

Attention Demo Derby fans…we are working on improvements in that area and we would appreciate your help.

Things are looking a little different … on our website 😃

We are in the process of switching to a new website platform - not everything has been switched over yet so please be patient as we continue to build a more user friendly site

Our first of 2 schedule work days is this Saturday, July 25th.

We’ll start at 9am…

There’s something for everyone to do including mowing, w**d whacking, cleaning up limbs and brush, checking bleachers and more

We will need you to bring your own tools. Gotta a tractor- we would love to have you haul it down - we can put it and you to good use (like cleaning out band)

Oxford Country Fair is a non-profit organization and we are run completely by volunteers

We can document youth volunteer hours - a great way to get your school required hours in😃

Updates to our pulling program…

Superintendent: Dan Jordan

Wednesday: Youth & Farmer’s Pull — 5pm start

Thursday:
Farmer’s Draft Horse - will start with the pulling competition and then move outside for scoot & twitch

Horse Pulling will start at 3

Friday & Saturday: Cattle/Ox Pulling

Good luck to all the teamsters as the Maine Agricultural Fair season begins. We’ll see you in a September (16-19)
